Summary:

Engineering Manager

5 Years experience in a Food Canning plant
Description:
  1. Responsible for all aspects of the Can Plant operation to produce the companys products to agree quality standards and within agreed budgeted targets.
  2. To carry out day to day activities in liaison with the Can Plant Manager.
  3. Ensure that production lines are operating with high efficiency and minimum down time.
  4. Ensure safe practices are followed by operators and technicians .
  5. Utilize and Maximize labour efficiency
  6. Co ordinate any Can Plant on site issues with other relevant departments
  7. Report to Can plant Manager on site issues with other relevant departments
  8. Report to can plant manager if out of control problem is encountered to remedy it .
Requirements:

Experience with training and ISO procedures

Experience in Can Making is a must.
