Summary: Description: Introducing new product / process successfully across all shifts including relevant specifications, product information and reference samples photographs, use By Schedules, Proofing Own Label Specifications and Factory Specs etc. Designing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving. Quality Management Systems and HACCP in time. Monitoring of factory cleaning and housekeeping and hygiene standards through first hand auditing on the factory floor and analysis of the Audit Reports and development of action strategies as a result of repeated /trending of non-conformances.   Developing cleaning schedules for all areas of factory, continuous monitoring of cleaning standards and implementation of prompt corrective action following non conformances. Ensuring corrective action and control of non-conforming ingredients are applied to include product, products under hold, reject and returns and speed of action and problem solving. Providing quality / safety guidance, training and support to other departments. Ensuring glass audits, maintenance audits, knife registers, label checks, metal detection and other relevant quality sheets are completed correctly . Managing quality assurance / CCP monitoring staff and ensuring that they are trained correctly in completion of quality sheets. Improving product / process and environmental techniques in order to meet Customer and legislative requirements. Supervising, appraising and supporting staff and ensuring that all staff are managed effectively to include line quality staff.     Requirements: Working Knowledge of BRC .
