Summary:

Reporting to the Safety Health and Environmental Manager
Description:
  • Implementation of the environmental management program and systems in line with ISO 14000 standards
  • Implementation of the OSHA18001 management programs and systems.
  • Implementation & day to day running of the site Hygiene program.
  • Day to day maintenance of these standards and programs.
  • Providing and designing Safety health & environmental related training.
  • Carry out SHE specific audits. Carry out SHE risk assessments.
    Co-ordinate subcontractors which fall under the scope of the SHE department.
  • Recording and capturing of SHE related information for SHE related reports.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification essential.
    Bachelors degree in safety Management / NATSAM (National diploma in safety management , ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001 AUDITORS courses
  • At least 3 years job related experience in an FMCG environment Computer literacy ( Word / excel / power point / outlook extra)
